What is WhisperSpace?
WhisperSpace is a cross-platform app for streaming audiobooks from your Plex library, backing up titles to a private cloud library, and reading DRM-free ebooks — with playback sync across web and Android (iPhone coming soon).
What platforms are supported?
Web and Android are included on every plan. The Android app supports Android Auto. The iPhone / App Store app is coming soon.
Is WhisperSpace affiliated with Plex or Calibre?
No. WhisperSpace integrates with Plex and can work alongside Calibre workflows, but is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or sponsored by Plex Inc., Calibre, or Kovid Goyal.

How do I get access?
Open whisper.space/register when registration is available. If new accounts are invitation-only, email info@whisper-space.com.

Plex audiobooks
What do I need to stream from Plex?
A Plex account, a Plex Media Server with an audiobook library, and a server address WhisperSpace can reach. Learn more on Plex audiobooks.
Does WhisperSpace replace Plex?
No. WhisperSpace is a listening experience built for audiobooks you already organize in Plex—plus optional cloud backup and ebooks.
Formats & sync
What audiobook formats can I upload to cloud storage?
M4B, M4A, MP3, MP4, AAC, FLAC, and OGG on plans that include cloud storage.
What ebook formats are supported?
EPUB and MOBI on Plus and Archive. The built-in reader is optimized for EPUB. See ebooks.
Does progress sync across devices?
Yes. Your position saves as you listen or read so you can continue on another device.

Which plan should I pick?
